I am trying to locate any information of Nora who appears on 1939 register as a Teacher in Secondary School address Commons Northam Devon dob 4th August 1910. ANy assistance appreciated. Thank you

No death under Murphy but you can rule out this marriage as she was Norah Augusta Murphy b 1920

None of the surnames on the 6 entries check out to a maiden name Murphy.  There were 3 more deaths with her birthdate but with middle names - same - no marriage under Murphy

I have updated information on Nora Murphy & her location was Chiswick London. Can the moderator move this post to the relevant Board. Thank you

The updated information is that Nora Murphy was born circa 1904/1905 in Cork Ireland. She was in employment as a Doctors secretary at 10 Wellesley Road Chiswick London 1943/1944 and is showing as still there in electoral rolls until 1946. Householders surname at above address was Jacob. I am searching for possible marriage/death record. I cannot find her on 1939 register

Electoral rolls 1945/46 show her as Norah (not Nora).

Long shot -  The doctor died 1972 Wandsworth & there is a Norah Bridget Murphy death in Wandsworth 1990 - b 21.3.1910
