What happened to Mary jane Gillard?

Mary jane Gillard was born in 1848 yeovil somerset to Sarah Gillard (unmarried) who later went on to marry a George Collis.
May jane can be found in the 1851 census with her mother sarah in Yeovil in the household of a Stephen white and then again in the 1861 census with her grandmother Mary Gillard at Rotton row yeovil. However i do not know what happened to her after this date. Any possible leads?
