Ellen Eliza Leatt - death in 1969 Tiverton Completed

I am trying to clarify an entry of a death on an online tree which states that Ellen Eliza Leatt died in 1969 in Tiverton aged 85 but I am unable to find any online records to confirm this. Can anyone see an official entry for this death on a record please.

Needing to offset it against a death record for Ellen Eliza Leatt in 1932 in St Thomas Reg district and I think I have now discounted the 1969 entry.
