Mother's maidenname is Scotthorn

Thank you

Not every birth was registered that early on.  When did the parents marry

mard: 14 Apr 1830 • Wirksworth, Derbyshire, England

I ve found her brother Frederic in UK GRO:
FLINT, FREDERIC       SCOTTHORN
GRO Reference: 1845  D Quarter in BELPER UNION  Volume 19  Page 425

and her younger bro:
FLINT, HENRY       SCOTHORN
GRO Reference: 1851  S Quarter in BELPER  Volume 19  Page 503

Anyway, I ve got every information about Agnes I need. I am just wondering ...

Births
In the early days of the system, it was up to each local registrar to find out what births, marriages and deaths had taken place in his sub-district. It has therefore been estimated that only about 50–60% of births, both legitimate and illegitimate, were registered as parents were not legally obliged to inform the registrar.
