This could be that man and his friend in Nanticoke
1903 - 1905 Nanticoke City Directory
Thomas Johns, laborer, bds 334 East Church
William W Davis, laborer, home 334 East Church

----------------
but I didn't see anything that pulled "our" Thomas H Johns out of the list of men with that name in the U.S. He doesn't show up at familysearch or ancestry with the middle initial, or with parents' names (like on a death record), or in Nanticoke PA in 1910, and we don't know that was him going to Nanticoke for sure anyway.

Hi   Big thank you for all the replys, has taken time to digest. Most useful was 1901 census, discovered that ancestry was minus scheduale 24! and it was the one that opened more avenues to explore. Still don't know what happened to Thoma Henry John after he arrived in Pennsylvania. Thank you again to everyone  carolmc   TOPIC CLOSED
