since I don't have full access to the 1921 census (just the free general search)
Does it state James was born in 1963
I have a couple census for him. The two I know are the right James Barr state he was born in 1863?
has anyone find what he did in the war?.
You're not alone as the 1921 census pages are
not free to anyone!
Unfortunately not all info. is free & any which are free are likely to be transcriptions which can be misleading with
wrong info. just like Lanarkshire being transcribed as Lancashire!
There's absolutely no census records which ever
'state' a year of birth.
You'd need to apply for his service records to get
all his war info.
