Ann Parker (c.1805-1885) = George Aylett (1808-1841)

I'm trying to find the parents of Ann Parker, (c.1801 to 1806, probably born in Braughing, Herts.), married George Aylett of Thundridge on 21 Oct 1826 in Braughing.

One family tree has the names Thomas Parker and Mary Davies suggested as Ann's parents, but no sources or explanation as to why.

My belief is Ann Parker must be from Braughing as I already have other ancestors confirmed in that area. My reason for thinking Ann is connected to the other family is that I have two DNA matches on Ancestry who have the Aylett/Parker couple in their tree.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On freereg below is the earliest baptism on Braughing St Mary the Virgin: Parish Register

However there are a number of marriages from 1754 to 1813, including the parents of Joseph above, Thomas and Jane. Burials also begin 1813.

On Ancestry there are earlier baptisms, including a Jeremiah Parker 1n 1802, parents Thomas & Mary, so maybe an assumption on the tree you mention. No Ann I’m afraid.
