this is pure speculation and opinion.... but I have Fox as gg grandmother.
If you are looking for Killian.. there is one in Galway. I know there are several Fox families, the one I believe I am from were originally from County Offaly... a guess at this stage.
Based on the date of birth, I would widen my search to include Westmeath, Roscommon, Longford and even Galway. There were the Fox's of Foxhall, but there were separate families of Fox near the border of Westmeath and Longford, then spreading down to Athlone.
