Unwanted death certificate for Mary Hughes, Liverpool died August 1890 age 33.

The deceased resided at Beaufort Street.

I accidentally input the wrong year when filling in the form for the GRO, silly me! As a result this certificate was sent to me, rather than the one I intended to purchase.

If anyone needs this certificate, I am willing to post it to them.
