1870 census for Rhode Island

Hi,

Looking for John Sullivan, born Ireland 1850 and Johannah Murphy, born Ireland 1850. I have them getting married in Rhode Island in December 1870.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Since the 1870 census was taken before your folks married in December 1870 it may be hard to figure out which John Sullivan was yours.

I did a search on Ancestry for 1870 Rhode Island with the following results:

One of the pieces of information I have on John Sullivan states, born May 1 1850, another piece states born May 1 1847, so I guess both your responses could fit.
