Stanford 1950 to 1958
« on: Friday 27 May 22 22:06 BST (UK) »
I'm looking for Norman Dawson in the Stanford area in the years 1945 to 1958. I have him after those dates in London and he died in 2002. I wondered if there was any electoral register or phone directories where I could find him in those missing years. He was a butcher, so maybe he had a shop?

You need an address to search ER's for that period & they are only available at the local RO

Another post about him here.  Where did you get Oxfordshire from?  Is there a particular reason for tracing his whereabouts given the info found in your previous post?

Thank You Carole. Yes, some more family information came to light that Norman was stationed in this area of Oxford during the war. He was in the army.
