Husband of Annie Foster, of St. Marylebone, London.

The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

I note from his military records it states re his health " that his cough began about 4 years ago, He was a chauffeur to a surgeon and had a good deal of night work.

There are 6 Foster/Drummond births between 1912-19 in a reasonable area. I will see if I can follow any of these.

Sandra, when the question is requested "are appealing for relatives of Pvt John Thomas Foster " does this extend to his siblings.

He did have a further son John T Foster born 1915 and daughter Mary Eileen born 1913 with Annie Maria Drummond.

1921 records Annie, John T and May(Mary) Eileen. Mary went on to marry Charles Frederick Chiddick in 1939. He died 1994 and probate records he left a hefty pile. Mary Eileen died 2007 and left a grant and will, cannot find any Chiddick/Foster births though.

Will try and follow son John T 1915.

Believe his birth date was 27.5.1915. Do not think he ever married as in 1939 he is a Roman Catholic Priest. He died with that dob on 9.9.2003 and left a grant and will dated 2004.
