Shrewsbury 1919 Absent Voters List (for absent servicemen)

Would anyone be able and willing to check this list for me at Shropshire Archives, Castle Gates, Shewsbury. I wouldn't think this is a very large list.

I am seeking any men with the surname ROWLES.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
