Ellen Wythe - missing marriage 1892 Ringwood.

Hi,

I'm looking for some more details on my 2nd Great Grandaunt Ellen Wythe. She was the daughter of George Wythe born 1831-1884 a Police Officer/ Carter and Sarah F Philips born 1831-1896.

Born in 1868 Poole, Dorset, the 1871 census states she was still living with her parents age 2 in Poole Dorset (her mother was originally from Sheffield Upon Loddon, Hampshire and her father from Kingsclere, Hampshire).

In the 1881 census she is living as a Kitchenmaid aged 12 in Holdenhurst, (street Wateford Hive??).

In the 1891 census aged 22 she is a servant living in Ringwood Hampshire.

From here, I can see a marriage in Ringwood in 1892 however when doing a reverse search I cannot find out who the husband is.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A transcription problem it seems. She married Charles William Goodenough

No I think C W Goodenough married Eliza Bush (2b 1263),

It looks like Ellen Wythe  (2b 1265) married either Charles Hill or Moses Wyatt.

Thanks I'll have a look in the 1901 census for someone living in the area from Poole with those potential surnames
