His death certificate gives his occupation as warehouseman. He found dead having died from hydro cyanic acid self administered whilst of unsound mind. The death was certified by the Bristol coroner on the 28th November 1911 after an inquest.
I can't find any newspaper entries and I am not sure if the coroner's records are available.
