Been looking for my 3rd great grandparents Kamenz DOERFELDT and need help

I've been looking for my 3rd great grandparents and need help. My 2nd great Grandparents, Frederick Ernest(Ernst, born 1824 in Kamenz, Lower Saxony, Germany) and Clementine Minnie Dearford (DOERFELDT, Born 1836 in Lower Saxony, Germany). I know that they had children in Germany before they moved to Paterson, New Jersey, United States of America. If anyone knows any information related to this, please kindly let me know.

if so you have the third child born Before they married ?   do you think they had 3 children prior to marriage ??

Hi Lucas,

One important point here is that Kamenz is in Saxony (Sachsen), not Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen). The 2 states are quite a long way apart.
