Parents for John Duckworth (b.c.1798 in Preston)

Dear all,
I would like to request a lookup of my ancestor John Duckworth with a view to establishing parentage.  He was born in Preston in c. 1798, marrying Mary Lambert in Colne in 1830. They had eight children; Jane (my ancestor) (1831-1878), John (1834-1903), Alice (1835-), William (1837-), Agnes (1841-), Mary (1843-), Richard (1846-) and George Henry (1851-). He is last seen in the 1861 census but a death date cannot be established. I'd like to find a baptism record for John Duckworth to find the name of his parents.

1861 shows him aged 63 & living in the Haslingden RD

Possible death Dec qtr 1861 but aged 60

There is a John Duckworth son of John and Mary baptized Haslingden 9 September 1798 abode Sikeside

The Duckworths lived in Haslingden but per the 1851 and 1861 censuses he was born in Preston (circa 25 miles away).

Have you got baptisms for the children? Which church/es?

The son Richard 1846 was baptized Rowtenstall 9 September 1846

Daughter Agnes was baptized 17 August 1840 Todmorden

Father John a sawyer.

He was a weaver when he married Mary Lambert 1830

The William Duckworth age 35 (born circa 1806) and his children James 20, Sarah 18 and Ingham 14 all born Colne living with them in 1851.
He married Mary Stansfield 7 September 1828.

If he is a younger brother of John 1798 then perhaps it can help.
