With such a wide ranging request goes the likelihood of repeating info that you already have ......

Have you the  BDM info for the parents and any siblings of John Hanley?

The second set of info you have given Jeremiah Dwyer and Mary Ryan Dwyer - are these the parents of Alice Dwyer?  Do they also come from Tipperary?

When did John Hanley arrive in Australia? When did Alice arrive in Australia?  Have you checked the shipping lists?
Did John and Alice marry in Ireland or in Australia?

So as to find wider family could you please list the children in birth order with names - useful for checking against Irish naming patterns

Have you checked on this website?

I think the name of the townland may be Soloheadbeg or Sollohodbeg

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soloheadbeg

https://www.townlands.ie/tipperary/clanwilliam/solloghod-beg/solloghodbeg/solloghodbeg/

Also important for research in Ireland is the religion.  Could you advise the religion please.

On the Census for 1901 there is a Timothy Hanly (NB spelling) in Solloghodbeg. he is 73
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tipperary/Solloghodbeg/Solloghodbeg/832324/
also a Johanna Hanly 75 living with her son & family
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tipperary/Solloghodbeg/Solloghodbeg/832325/

ETA to cater for varying numbers in the Census searches
In fact there are quite a few (at least 20-29)  Hanlys living in Solloghodbeg in 1901

You have been amazing to answer so promptly with so much knowledge.  I knew it wouldn’t be easy.  In Solo-Head cemetery I have found a John Hanley d 1824 age 62 of Greenane. A long shot could be father of John Hanley Snr born abt 1810 who married Margaret Dwyer.  No dates or siblings known. John Jnr arrived in Australia in 1857 aged 20, and in 1862 married Alice Dwyer (at RC Church Creswick). She was born Clonolty Tipperary 1841 to 1921.  They both lived at Leongatha Victoria and had children John, Marg who died, Jeremiah, Cornelius, Michael, Patrick (ours) and Timothy (twins).  Some Hanley families still live in that area as farmers.  It is John Hanley Snr. and Margaret Dwyer I am most interested in.  I will inform you if I find out more.  There is another family of Hanley living in Rochester Victoria who have done their history from Mt Catherine Tipperary, but I cannot find a connection.
Cheers, Diane
