I am looking for a marriage of a William Plumley to and Alice possibly Simmons prior to 1895 but cant find it on FreeBMD or FindMyPast

Image is available on Ancestry - Alice = Alice Mary Ann, aged 19, father is Henry, a Labourer.

Added:  William transcribed as Phenney, but clearly Plumney  :)
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
