If you look at the 1851 & 1861 entries  - he is living in the Bridgnorth RD aged 69 & 79 respectively.

In 1861 - there is no other William Bourne in the whole of Shropshire with a birthyear 1783 +- 5yrs

The 1870 death has to be him

His wife Alice died 1849 aged 71 so was approx 4/5 yrs older than him which supports the age difference in 1841

I can see nothing obvious for Williams bap on-line in Stourport or Kidderminster that from the info I posted maybe the nearest Parish to where he was born.
