Possible death and burial? This one is a tad old but your Henry's year of birth on censuses did seem to go down over the years. And your Henry seems to be the only one about this age in east London on the 1901 census.

This one looks like he's the son of Thomas Pitt Houghton and Elizabeth Catherine Smith.
