Thank you for the information of Elizabeth, I did not have a marriage and I do feel that this marriage is correct to the same Elizabeth (Sister of Charlotte).

I am, however, unsure what to think about Daniel's information that we have currently. I still feel that it could be two different people.
I am in the process of getting the Military record on FindMyPast that John added to see if that can offer any light, but it seems to match with the added information that you have just provided about I am being a Gunner for the Royal Marine Artillery.

With Daniel, if the 1841 Census claims that he is from from the Gloucester District, and in the 1851 Census says he is from Kent, Horsham. The next possible census record that John found is in 1881 where he is 82 years old. But this shows that he is living in Chelsea, London.

Do you think this could be a link to Daniel's father also called Daniel, as if he was born 1799-1800-1801 He would only be aroud 12 at the time of this event.

I am wondering if this is correct, as in the 1841 and 1851 census it mentioned that Ann Farley is his mother.

Sorry if I have just complicated things. Just trying to work it out also myself.
