restore photo of my husband's Taigwynion family please

I've done two versions. In the full photo I've made the dimensions 10X8 and in the cropped photo they're 10X12.

pipscwic - as I started I should post my attempts at repairing the damages in your photo but I do like the above restores by Peter and Japeflakes. I've left the window ledge and frame on the gable end of the house in my repair and kept the photo looking old and tatty ;D so there is a repaired + a slightly sharpened + one with a new border :-

many thanks, I am now spoiled for choice.  I do like the ones with Margaret's husband and son in the back.   That deserves a place in the album where I keep printed copies.
