Looking for Henry chance and Jane’s marriage c1800
« on: Monday 05 September 22 00:12 BST (UK) »
I have Henry Chance born 1761 Hadzor with wife Jane, having children Ann 1800, Elizabeth 1803 and Joseph 1809. I have his parents, Joseph chance and Sarah wheeler.

Some trees suggest Jane is Jane turner, and that they have other children: Henry, James, Mary, Sarah, Thomas and William.

I’m looking for a marriage, so that I can confirm the turner surname and start finding her birth and parents.

Thanks.

fhs online (transcriptions of Worcs records) have

1782 July 3 Henry Chance and Jane Turner  at Elmley Lovett
witnesses John Jones, John Whitehouse

the 'original' may be in the Worcs Bishop Transcripts records now on ancestry, but good luck with finding anything - the scanning of those records is awful.
