Ellen/Helen McHendry/MacPhee (or variants)

Here's what I know...

1912 - Ellen McHendry 33yrs married Neil MacPhee 51yrs in Cathcart, Renfrew

Parents - John McHendry (Farmer, Deceased) & Ellen McHendry (MS Palmer, Deceased)

1912 - Ellen was at Castle Farm, Newton Mearns (Renfrew) & House Keeper (Marriage)

1911 - Helen McHendry was at Castle Farm, Newton Mearns & House Keeper (Census)

I haven't searched further back as this relates to finding her death only!

I believe they had at least 4 children born between 1912 & 1919 (from death indexes), 1 I have the BC for, born 1915 Lanark & died 1997 in Benbecula, Inverness, Scotland.

1951 - Death of husband Neil, Widower of Ellen McHendry in Howmore, South Uist, Inverness, Scotland

I have failed to find the death of Ellen/Helen between 1919 & 1951 using all variants/wildcards I can think of & leaving mms out i.e. I'm hoping someone can come up with something I've missed.

I haven't got any info. on marriages of children to know if Ellen/Helen was alive/deceased as they'd be too late for downloadable certs.

I know the child 1915 - 1977 was never married.

     There is a tree on Ancestry named the (McHendry/Meeke) wider tree by H Meeke   
     
     Rose (Ellen) McHendry died 1926 at Cullraney, Antrim, Ireland.      She was born 15 July 1878 at Antrim, Ireland.     Her parents were John McHendry and Ellen Palmer.       She married Neil McPhee.

      Rose (Ellen) and Neil had 4 children.    Their details are on this tree.

aghadowey - I hadn't got that far as I was determined to find the death 1st but it's a great help & will follow up.

Kiltaglassan - I'm off to check out the 1923 death although I was beginning to wonder about Ireland being a possibility as there's nothing close on SP.

I have ordered the 1923 DC although I'm unsure whether it will confirm I have the correct person which all depends on the info. on it & I'm relying on her Usual Residence being the clincher.

However, I'm open minded as to why she was in Ireland as her parents were deceased & how long she'd been there.
I know from her MC she likely had a sister named Isabel who was a witness.

I will update when I receive the cert.
