Thanks for that Comberton – sorry I didn’t know images were not allowed on the look up requests board.
I haven’t researched his parents properly but I seem to remember finding his dad may died before this happened which is probably why his wife/ in-laws are announcing his death.
Appreciate your input.

Incorrect Bill

He was Married hence his Widow Announced the Death in the first Newspaper Announcement
Her Father from his Army Correspondence looked after his Daughter and Son in Law Interests

The Second Memoriam if you Read it clearly states Walter's Parents are Alive in 1918 hence their separate Newspaper Memoriam to their Son.
Mother Rosetta died March Quarter 1930 Cleveland Vol 9d page 623 age 72
Father Joseph died March Quarter 1940 Middlesboro Vol 9d page 1270 age 87
Ancestry User Paige Campbell in Ontario Canada was on Ancestry Today she has only 11 of the 14 Children to 1911

Oh dearie me, what a first class idiot I am. The mistake I’ve made is in my haste to reply to comberton I did not read both notices he posted and wrongly assumed they were duplicates as they started off the same, I have just looked at my notes, I previously found (wrongly) a Joseph Cooper who may have been his father, died in guisborough in 1913 and was around the correct age.
I had seen the 1911 census info for the family with the
“Total children born alive” 14
“Children still living” 10.
I had found Joseph’s death in 1881 or thereabouts but did not know of Susannah’s death and had no knowledge of the twins or his parent’s death years, so once again thank you for that. I don't know what I would do without people on here.
