And other people got some. So I'm unsure with Charlotte green is part of there family

If that name ‘keeps coming up in William’s information’, have you checked it out?
Neale1961 has given you information which can be checked. That is what you should do, if you think there is any validity in the information which ‘keeps coming up’. Ancestry gives hints and names but you should view those lightly until you can verify them.

Where do you have her parents as John and Julia? I thought they had been discounted.
If there aren’t reliable records, you may never know who her parents were. You have her sister as Elizabeth though.
