As you will have seen, he was a boarder in the house of Eliza Jane Thompson. There were four other boarders aged 4, 5, 10 and 20, apparently unrelated to one another.

Could he have moved to Coleraine to be near family?

There was a George Moreland around Henry's age from Belfast living near Coleraine in 1911-

If your Henry Moreland married Ellen Craig in 1884 then his father was Adam Moreland, shoemaker-

George Moreland, gardener, was the son of a James Moreland, also a shoemaker-

You can find information about the building by looking at linked images of the accompanying census returns, N1, B1 and B2. House 7 was a domestic dwelling containing 7 rooms. The only outbuilding was a shed. Studying those forms will provide additional information.

Back to the 1911 census-
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Londonderry/Coleraine/Crosslane/589457/
Eliza Jane Thompson was the mother of Margaret "Cissie" Wilson/Ross who appears in the household. In 1908 Cissie married William Hanna Adams who is listed as a boarder.
About 15 years ago I was offered a large sum of money to research Eliza Jane Thompson's eldest son and find proof of his father in regard to a pending inheritance from Scotland.
