Michael Winn of Leitrim maybe?

Hi Folks, this is a whole new area for me. I have mostly been looking at Winn's in Durham, England.
I came across this family. a peter Winn of Chorly Lancashire has a father apparently born in Ireland.

Now I assume Latram is Leitrim, on another census is was recorded as Hatram, but Im sure its meant to be Leitrim. The other issue is, his name may be Wynn rather than Winn.
I looked at a number of the links for Leitrim but many are broken. Is there anyone kind person that can at least give a little more detail? I assume they migrated to Lancashire during famine years.

Civil registration of births in Ireland started in 1864. When and where was Peter Winn born? do you know his mother's maiden name? If he was born in England the GRO index can be searched for maiden name which will help in finding the parents' marriage.

Do you have that marriage cert for Catherine & Michael ?

It should show fathers names and occupations, might help narrow down possible matches. There are a few Michael Winn/Wynne baptisms around that right time (1853 +-5), only seems to be one likely match for Catherine that I see - all assuming they are Catholic and ages given are not far off
