Thank you for that research.  I am extremely grateful.

All your details appear to depict the correct William TEBBUTT and I will gladly use them to complete my narrative.   The only slight difficulty is the 1891 Census showing the wife's name as Sarah, with the family moving from 64 to 60 Britannia Street.   The two eldest children, Harriet and Elizabeth have presumably "left home" and the remaining children are the same as 1881.   I wonder if the wife's name "Sarah" is just a clerical error???
