Friederich Schultz, Bremen

Freiderich Schultz is thought to have been born c1845-46 in or near Bremen, and died 14 Sep 1936 at Pakenham, Victoria Australia. He first married Augusta Helena Mosig in 1874, with whom he had 8 children. His immigration to Victoria is calculated at November 1865 on the ship 'W H Haselden'.
I have his parents as Friederich Schultz a ship's mate and Adelheid Wessel b1822 at Bremen ("Deutschland Geburten und Taufen, 1558-1898", database, FamilySearch).

"Die Maus" have no reference to him, the portal Archion has no reference either that I can see. Family Search suggests these parents; there is a tree on Ancestry from the Ferntree Gully Shire Pioneer Database which suggests a middle name of August. He himself only ever used the name Fred or Friederich, never August: on his wedding certificates (1874 Augusta Mosig, 1901 Emily Nelson) and Naturalization papers (1895). On those documents always "Bremen" as his place of birth.

Your assistance in locating his birth/baptism place and date would be gratefully received.

Frederick's marriage certificate 28 Oct 1874 at St James' church Dandenong, Victoria Australia has been transcribed as SCHOLTZ.
His wife's name is given Augusta Mosig, daughter of August Mosig, a farmer of Bremen, and her mother's name is Susanna Helena F? I cannot decipher it. I attach a portion of the MC with the mother's name squeezed in.

Augusta was actually the Auguste Caroline Mosig b 1846 to August Carl Mosigs first wife Ros Helena Purmann   ??

I checked Fred Scholtz' children in Victoria and most of them are with SCHOLTZ not with the schUltz.

I should add that the 1874 marriage of Frederick Scholtz to Augusta Modig took place in Dandenong Victoria, not in Bremen. He gave Bremen as his birth place, she gave Schlesen in Prussia as her birthplace.

In 1901 Fred married for the second time Emily Nelson, (MC 8261/1901) when he gave his surname as SCHULTZ.
Hence some confusion.
He died in 1936 named SCHULTZ.(DC 1936/18038) at Pakenham
