Hmmm.
GRO shows Enid the daughter as mother maiden name Woodworth so we now have Percy and Ada, in other words the bottom half of the headstone.

The Enid (1930)  was the daughter of Percy Leatherbarrow and Ada Woodworth.  She died in 2012.

Gadget,
Yes so bottom half of the headstone makes sense.
You are suggesting the top half is another Ada (lloyd) and another Percy? What are the chances of them being buried in the same plot?

I'm not sure!

Arthur Percival Lane was listed at the top*, so he was definitely buried there.  It might be best to try to get the burial records to see who was in that plot.

* as Arthur Lane
         Percy

(I'll go back and re read it all)!

Re-reading, I see the L at the top of the stone. I take it that that  is for Lane as it's on the same part as Arthur (Percy) Lane but the burial records are needed to be positive.

Phew - :)

Does it give the grave Number for Arthur Lane?

It also suggests that the Ada Leatherbarrow was the previous Ada Lane nee Lloyd.
