help a Will
« on: Sunday 29 January 23 08:25 GMT (UK) »
Looking for someone to give a second opinion of the monetary values in a Tysoe Will of a yeoman written in 1625.... William Tomkins.

I have noticed that the vicar of Tysoe church used the same symbol repeated twice for a baptism date of a child in 1611, thus maybe ten, ten for twentieth.

My apologies to Bookbox where I have thanked Woodbook. Sorry.

May I ask as to where I might seek a possible Will for a Nicholas Tomkins of Tysoe, who died 7 Dec 1642. A relative believes that she may have seen something a number of years ago, with a Worcestershire placement of the Will.

You'll need to post an image of the original (or provide a link to it) to get any help.

Probably best to post in the Handwriting forum ...
