What religion was she?

Civil registration of births in Ireland started in 1864. So, before that date church records (if they exist) will need to be found. To do so you'll need an idea of location (parish if not actual townland) and religion. Not all churches have records before the civil registration date and of those that do not all are online.

A few questions:

- Who did she marry and where?
- If your birth year is correct, then she was 15 when she married, which seems too young to me. Have you got a copy of her marriage certificate? Does it say she was a minor?
- Where did you get her parents' names from? Her father's name would be on her marriage certificate, but not her mother's.

I cannot find a birth for John Landers.
There is a John Bruce in 1859 but mother is Hunter
I can see a birth on Free BMD for Walter Landers 1862 but can’t find it on GRO for mother’s maiden name.
