Ivy Bennett W Stephen - Where is she from.?

I have an Ivy Bennett W. Stephen born 23 January 1920, married to Ronald Frank Foot in 1943 at Yeovil, Somerset, England, she died in 1975 at Dorset, England. What I don't have and can't find is a birth registration for her. I've tried the military records and India births and baptisms to no avail, and am wondering if someone can help me find where she was born.?

Have you found her on the 1921 census?
Do you have the marriage cert?

The 1939 register indicates that she was born in January 1921.

@JenB, I hadn't checked the 1939 register because the death record gave her birth date as 23 January 1920... or is it 1921.? I'm going to have to go and check..

@Jim1, I don't have the marriage certificate yet, Ivy is the wife of a distant relative that I hadn't been working towards for a while.. until I suddenly decided to. I've now ordered it just to be sure..
