John Wilson[1720-1789].m.Ann Cocks [1736-1764] to 3 sons -1/. William .m.unknown Wallace-known to be in Raphoe 1800. Son 2/. John [1755-1835] m.Elizabeth Kewen[1761-?]. Son 3/. Alexander [1751-1821] m.Martha unknown [1757- 1841] both buried St.Unians,Raphoe.

Raphoe
Alexander Wilson to Son Robert [1757-1809Drumineny].m.1790Drumineny.Barbara unknown [1768-1852]-Both buried St.Unians,Raphoe. Roberts son1/. - Moses [1806Drumineny-1849-Buried St.Unians]. Son 2/. - William Snr. [1800-1876] m.1822.Jane Colhoun [1801-1877Raphoe]. Well known Raphoe legal family and heavy political/local administration family.

Tattykeel
William Wilson [1740-?] m.Jane Caldwell - DNA connections to TOPS Wilson.
Known sons - Thomas [1770-Tattykeel-1829Tattykeel[.m.Rebecca Caldwell[1770-1871]. John [1773-1871]. James [1788Tattykeel-?] m.Molly McCormick[1788-1879].Samuel.m.Margaret unknown. Other children names unknown.

Garrison
One researcher has this line as an offshoot of the Raphoe/Drumineny family.
The Knox family of Co. Donegal are connected to this line of Wilsons.
Margaret Wilson married Samuel Cowan of Magheranappin circa 1735. Their children were John, Charles, Eliza, Robert. James & Samuel.
