How to find birth in Lille, France 1847-1850?

Looking for Marie Cecille Smith (B 1847) in Lille, France.

 Marriage certificate (1869, Keighley, Yorkshire) shows her father as William Smith. 

Also Marie's sister, Grace Matilda Smith (B 1850) in Lille.

Online trees for Grace seem to give a date of 1850-51 but no sources and her father as a John Walker. They look like a string of 'copy my leader'

Did she marry a Thomas Holding?

Yes, Grace married Thomas Holding in Keighley in 1870.

Looking at FS there is another daughter for William and Sophie;  Clemence Susanne born in 1849.

Wondering if Clemence changed her name to Grace........
