birth registration - Richard Feveyear
« on: Saturday 08 April 23 06:17 BST (UK) »
Hello, my grandfather Richard Feveyear was born in 1897. He married Ellen Kate Flatt in 1920  They had two sons Henry C Feveyear b1922 but died either in the same year or early in 1923. my father Walter George Feveyear was born 9/2/1923. What i am trying to find out was when my grandfather was born, I have not been able to find his birth registration anywhere. Ellen died in 1933 and my grandfather remarried in Nov 1923 to a Bessie Sillett.
I would be very grateful if you could help be solve this mystery.
Thankyou in advance

Your grandfather's brother and sisters all registered Hoxne (note different spelling of surname)

Jane  Feveyear 1879 mmn Warry - death registered 1879 age 0 spelled Fevearyear

James Feveyear 1880  mmn Warns

George Feaveayear 1882 mmn Warne

Flora Feveyear 1884  mmn Warne

Alice Feavearyear 1887  mmn Warne

Jabez Herbert Feaveayear 1889  mmn Warne

Frederick Feaveyear 1891  mmn Warne

William Charles Feveayear 1893  mmn Warne

Stanley Feveayear 1895  mmn Warne

*Richard Feavearyear 1897  mmn Warne

Ivy Eleanor  Fevearyear 1900 mmn Warne
-----------------------------
1911 census Ellen states married 33 years 12 children, 11 living 1 deceased.

It was supposed to be children of the marriage but if she counted her daughter Maria Warne (age 13 in 1891 census) then it makes 12 children.
I don't think I missed any but it's possible
