Spanish Translation - help needed
« on: Monday 01 May 23 20:31 BST (UK) »
Hi, can someone help me, or point me in the right direction?

I've attached a document for the death of my first cousin 3x removed, Roy Chaderton, who was born in Jamaica and died in Venezuela.

Is this the right site to post the document and ask for translation please.

Many thanks in advance

Chris

Catedral is a parroquia (= parish), part of Barquisimeto, Estado Lara.

There are two words I can't make out clearly.  I think it says 'bienes de fortuna' which I have translated as 'personal property.'  And I think the last word must be 'firmado' (signed).

que hoy dieciocho de septiembre del mil novecientos ochenta, se ha presentado ante este

Evangeline Farrier (both deceased).  The deceased left six legitimate children, three from his first marriage:  Soleda (= Soledad?), Reina and Roy, and three from his second marriage:  Evangelina and Charles, both of full age, and John Fitzgeral (= Fitzgerald?), aged 15.  The deceased leaves XXXXX (personal property?) and died as a consequence of cardiac arrest according to medical certification.  The citizens Remigio Naranjo and Elías Meza, of full age and local residents witnessed this record.  Having read the record, the declarant and the witnesses expressed their agreement and XXXXX (signed it?).
