Queensland Passenger Lists (Assisted) 1848-1912
https://www.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/assisted-immigration-1848-to-1912/resource/3da289b8-e3ca-4fb2-9a10-b1b1738ac75b

Click on Full Screen which allows you to search the lists by using "Search Data" and "Go". Tried "Sultana" but no success for 1866. Seems only the 1862 sailing covered.

I couldn't see any other period under the Queensland collection to check out.

These are Queensland data sets - searchable on line (all 318!). Had a quick look at some land orders and wills - no success re Noon (Job or Samuel).
