Where was 3rd Canadian Casualties Clearing Station ?

Can anyone say where the 3rd Canadian Casualties Clearing Station in France was that William Keyte
 on the 4th !King's died of his Wounds and what action he was likely involved in to sustain his injury?

The 4th. were at Villers Guislain France.
On 29/9/18 they successfully attacked the village.
They suffered 55 OR's wounded.
Much of October they were in Bde. reserve & weren't
involved in anything until the 23rd. but they did suffer
2 OR's wounded on the 2nd. Oct. moving up to Pigeon Quarry
just SE of the village.
Either way you can say he fell at Villers Guislain.

Thanks  Jim1 that nails it his action.
Appears to have only been in the Army 12 months from 1917 per War Gratuity
Lived in Bury so probably Conscripted into King's Liverpool not joined local Regt or other Regt first
Presume at Home Spring 1918 as Daughter born January 1919
