Do you know her exact birthdate?  There are a number of Winifred Harriet deaths b 1899 but under married surnames

There is a shipping manifest entry for William and Harriett returning to the UK from Bermuda on 6 Nov 1923 on the 'Orbita' which docked at Southampton. The listing is just for them, no other family members under surname Dean.

I searched for a marriage for Winifred in family search in Bermuda but could not find one.

Ancestry are showing a Winifred Harriott Dean on the New Zealand Electoral registers but you need a WW sub to view.  May not be her

I did see that, Carole. The electoral roll entries in NZ start from 1907 so not connected.

I did see a marriage for a Winifred H Dean to a William George Powell in Portsmouth 1926. However, from a family tree, this Winifred's middle initial looks to be Hilda born c. 1906. So, not her either.

Her dad's will no help? WG Dean died 24 Jan 1939 Rondebosch, Berry Park Road, Plymstock.
Widow Harriett (says Harrietta?) on her own at that address in the '39 Register
