I have the 1891 census for Warrington and have located the entry for the Rose public house but unfortunately I can't decipher the name of the occupier could someone help please.  It is Great Sankey Schedule No.47 Hood Lane Public House & the head is David ?.  Algy

Looks like Bromley to me.
The last entry (Sam) next pagelooks the clearest
