Is William deceased?  If there's a chance he is still alive we can't post details about living people.

I can see Rosemary Lily died in 2015 but do you know when he died if he has?

GRO online is not showing a death in 2015 for wife.  She was b 1931

There are many William Coopers & without more info it would be guesswork.  You need to buy the marriage cert.  There are 10 William A Cooper births between 1928-1931

Given you have so little info - what is your interest in them?

The death is on GRO website spelt Rosemarie
