Cattle were walked from the Cattle Markets up on North Circular Road to the B and I boats.

My thoughts also.
These are the 1893 Insurance Plans of the area. Hoped to find "Holyhead Yard" identified - but no.

Yet again, chasing the subject sent me off at a tangent  to something wholly unrelated - the introduction of "pissoirs" into Dublin to clean up the city!! Great stuff.
