A small one from me on my laptop. I've slightly changed the tint.

I'm in the middle of some tree pruning before the gales arrive so I will  do a little more if I get time.

Gadget

You can come and prune my tree if you like - I'd like to cut out the ones who resolutely refuse to be found :-)

I do like what you have done so far - I know you won't be happy with it till you've finished but its looking good.

Oh that is a lovely offer and yes please! I would very much like to have the image, though I did think Elizabeth married John's son, not his grandson?
( so easy to get all these Inksters mixed up, they used quite a small pool of first names!)
Have sent you a PM.

Hi Boo,

I hopped in the shower after I responded and realized that I'd put the wrong relationship in my message. My husband descends from William Harcus Inkster, s/o James Inkster 1831-1886 s/o John Inkster 1800-1880. It's John's photo that I found in the family albums that are on loan to me.

Is that John the same one in your family line?

oh yes -:) when his wife Agnes (or Margaret Agnes) died he remarried and had four more children that's where my line comes down from.
