I hopped in the shower after I responded and realized that I'd put the wrong relationship in my message. My husband descends from William Harcus Inkster, s/o James Inkster 1831-1886 s/o John Inkster 1800-1880. It's John's photo that I found in the family albums that are on loan to me.
Is that John the same one in your family line?
oh yes -:) when his wife Agnes (or Margaret Agnes) died he remarried and had four more children that's where my line comes down from.
