Find the parents

Hi
I am trying to find the parents of Robert Kimmins Born 1817 Tiverton, Devon he married Eliza Hagley 1835 and died 3 April 1899

Others have recorded that his parents are William Kimmins and Ann Wood but I am unable to find any evidence to prove this.

It maybe that I have missed something?

 I have all the other details about Robert including his children it is just the parents I am struggling to find.

I would appreciate any help.

possible baptism Tiverton 3 Oct 1816 Robert son of Robert, labourer, & Anne Kimmons.

Witnesses to their marriage were John Hagley & Elizabeth Kemmins
