This death of Antonia TUCHTAN on 13 Sept 1937, aged 68, born Austria, has the same address as the bride in the marriage above, so likely related.

Pretty sure this must be related:

Antonio VALENTINI died aged 73 in 1930. His wife's name was Petronella (nee Marinovich). One of his daughters is Annie Mary TUCHTAN.

Other children are also listed on the Death Notice.

There are a few other TUCHTAN records on familysearch in South Africa. They seem to have come from Austria /Bosnia and Herzegovina (which came under Austro-Hungarian rule in 1878).

I have finally explored all the very useful possible family links that you have sent me and am still trying to knit together any other TUCHTAN names in South Africa.

It is a likely guess that Renato Elia Guiseppe TUCHTAN (1898-1969) was also a son of Ludwig Joseph TUCHTAN (1858-1922) and Antionette/Antonia (1869-1937, nee VALENTINE/I), he seems to be living in the same house as Antonia (in 1937) and where Antonia's daughter was married from, when he died. - 6 Shamrock St, Florida.

Also, for interest, there is a passenger list on Ancestry for the Athenian, leaving Hamburg 2 Aug 1896 going to South Africa via Southampton. On it are Antonita TUCHTAN, 28 and Umberto TUCHTAN, 3, from Fiume going to CapeTown.
