Marriage, Epsom St Andrew 1957
« on: Thursday 23 November 23 16:10 GMT (UK) »
Could someone with access to Epsom, St Andrew registers please check the marriage of
Harry Woodyear-Smith in 1957
The record comes from a NZ newspaper archive and I’m very puzzled!
Many thanks in advance

Do you mean St Andrew’s Epsom NZ?

I don’t see one in Surrey.

I see a published tree and there is a 1957 marriage in Surrey Mid Eastern district for someone with a similar name to the female spouse of Henry Woodyear Smith - (presumably junior.).

Does this refer to him as the groom or the recorder?

I think the film is taken by Henry. If you search the name in that archive there are others. Particularly about growing grass which was his area of expertise. See paperspast.
