Good morning folks.


 Looking for the birth of James Strudwick, about 1838  Surrey.

 Death. Oct 1901 Aged 62.  Brentford Middx.

 Fathers name    John Strudwick.
 Mothers Name   Frances Chandler.

Info from Family notes.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

James bap. 18 August 1839*

The 1839 birth shows mmn was Pink - not Chandler

Who did your James Strudwick marry?

What was his father's name and occupation so we find the correct family

Suspect the 1839 birth parents were Robert & Eliza per 1841 entry.

Looks like the other birth wasn’t registererd

EDIT

In 1841 he is shown as 1yr old - parents John & Frances.  Nothing on GRO online for 1840 with mmn Chandler

Should be on the Surrey board so have asked moderator to move it

Looks like he married 26 Oct. 1861 St Peter & St Paul, Surrey.
Father John a Labourer. He is a Shoemaker

1851 Father John has remarried to  Elizabeth Reftord

If he's the one born in Witley (with John and Elizabeth in 1851 and 1861), he's a Ag lab in 1861 and a gardener in 1871, and a gardener in 1881 when he's moved to Brentford area.
